nHome Health Aide - Overnight Shift

nKingsway Senior Living is Belle Plaine is seeking an overnight Home Health Aide to join our team! We are looking for individuals who care and truly want to make a difference in our residents' lives. Previous experience in a skilled nursing home or assisted living community is preferred
n*Home Health Aides are eligible for a sign on bonus up to $1,000 depending on hours/shift selected!
nShifts:
nFull Time
n10:00 pm - 6:00 am
nE/O Weekend Required w/holiday rotation
nPay:
n$15.61/hr - $19.64/hr (Starting pay based on relevant experience
nEvening & Overnight Shift Differentials ($1/hour every shift)
nWeekend Shift Differential ($1/hour for all shifts
nResponsibilities and duties:
nAssisting residents with activities of daily living
nAssisting residents with all personal and dental hygiene
nPreparing for and assisting residents with meal times
nMedication administration
nInteraction/activities with residents
nGeneral clean up and laundry
nQualifications and skills:
nCompassionate, patient, and friendly demeanor
nGenuine interest in working with and caring for the elderly
nAbility to build positive relationships with residents and their families
nExcellent communication skills
nGood team player
