Insurance Sales And Marketing RepresentativeExpress Employment Professionals, named ClearlyRated Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Awards winner for the past 7 years, is hiring for a local client company in Shasta County. We help people in our community find work every day. Express Employment Professionals in Redding wants to make a difference locally and across North America. With more than 800 locations across the U.S., Canada, and South Africa, we are on a mission to put a million people to work annually.We are working with a very well-established Shasta County Insurance Agency.We are seeking candidates who are currently licensed in California for P&C. If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to get licensed before you can start the position. You will be reimbursed for all licensing fees once hired on. This is not just a customer service representative position...this is a sales and marketing position. You MUST have a 100% clear background in order to be licensed by the state. You must also have a valid drivers' license.Job Description/Responsibilities:Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance optionsWork with the broker to establish and meet marketing goalsDevelop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and servicesMeet with existing customers to perform policy reviewsConduct sales presentationsActively seek out new clientsQualifications:Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreamsSelf-motivatedDetail orientedAbility to make presentations to potential customersCurrent California Property and Casualty license or Life and Health license. If only L&H, P&C license must be obtained prior to starting at which time, you will be reimbursed for all licensing expensesSales-minded, and open to connecting via phone and your networkPassion for people and developing sales relationshipsGoal-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales successExcellent time management and organizational skillsFull timeDepends on clientYou are attentive, responsive, and can take control of situations.You are personable, determined, and driven to make a difference.
