Partnership Track | No Buy-In | Structured Schedule | Work/Life Balance
Join a well-established, physician-owned nephrology practice seeking a BC/BE nephrologist to join its growing team in Erie, Pennsylvania. The group consists of three full-time physicians, two part-time physicians, and a nurse practitioner providing comprehensive nephrology services across multiple hospitals, dialysis centers, and outpatient clinics throughout the region.

Schedule Designed for Balance
Physicians rotate one week of inpatient coverage followed by two weeks of outpatient clinic and dialysis rounding, creating a predictable workflow and reducing the daily fragmentation often associated with nephrology practice. Call is shared equally among the full-time physicians.

Candidate Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Completion of an accredited U.S. Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship
Due to practice and credentialing requirements, candidates pursuing ABIM Pathway E are not eligible for this opportunity.
Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain one
J1 Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
