Diamond is interviewing for a Full Time Physical Therapist for Rosepine, LA. We are looking for a team-oriented clinician who is passionate about providing quality patient care and making a difference in the lives of others.
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide ongoing treatment and discharge planning
Supervise assistants and aides
Participate in case management
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in accordance with state regulations and Synergy Care guidelines
Represent Synergy Care's commitment to excellence in every patient and facility interaction

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or graduating within 6 months)
