We're seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide exceptional care in our residential group homes.If you're passionate about helping others and enjoy working in a supportive, team-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you!Location: Lutz, FL Shift: 12-Hour Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Pay: $15.00–$19.00 per hour (Based on experience and certification)RequirementsPart-time work two days a week and every other weekendFull-time work three days a week and every other weekendOpportunity to pick up additional shifts based on availabilityWhat You'll DoAssist individuals with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobilityProvide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those with higher-acuity needsMonitor and report changes in condition to the nursing teamComplete accurate documentation and maintain confidentialityHelp create a safe, clean, and comfortable home environmentQualificationsMinimum 2 years of exp in acute care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long-term care, or a related healthcare settingExperience supporting individuals with higher-acuity needs preferredCurrent BLS/CPR and First Aid Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skillsAbility to safely lift, transfer, and assist individuals up to 50 poundsMust successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 Background ScreeningFlorida Clearinghouse Information (House Bill 531): Join 5 Star Cares?Supportive leadership that values your contributionsMeaningful work where you make a difference every shiftOpportunities for additional hours and career growthCompetitive payFast interview and hiring processApply Today!Qualified applicants are reviewed promptly, and interviews are scheduled quickly.
