Recruiter PositionMFort Security Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing HR team. This role begins part-time with strong potential to transition into a full-time position. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities.You will play an essential role in our recruitment process — managing job postings, interviewing candidates, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring our records and calendars stay up to date.Key responsibilities include:Conduct recruitment tasks including phone and in-person interviewsMaintain and update the interview calendar and candidate pipelineManage and post job listings across multiple platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc.)Coordinate and conduct onboarding for new hiresAssist with uniform fittings and employee file setup during onboardingOrganize and assemble employee personnel filesKeep all job postings and recruitment records currentProvide weekly recruitment updates for team meetingsQualifications:Must be at least 18 years of agePrior experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionHigh school diploma or GED requiredMust have a valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain)Strong computer and administrative skillsExcellent communication and organization abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks with attention to detailPositive attitude and strong work ethicSchedule & Compensation:Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMLocation: 5320 W Lawrence Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60630Pay Range: $47,000-55,000 annuallyAt MFort Security Services, we value teamwork, professionalism, and growth.
