If you're ready to grow, lead and make a difference, come join our team and help shape the future of convenience.Provide daily functional support for fuel supply inventory management applicationsPerform daily BOL (Bill of Lading) reconciliation and store inventory reconciliationAnalyze and review all exceptions to ensure unmatched and unreconciled BOLs are accurately and timely matched and fully reconciledAnalyze and review warnings to ensure BOLs are being lifted at assigned terminals using accurate supplier contractReport on all the misloaded BOLs and initiate correction processAnalyze carrier delivery plans to ensure information is accurately provided to assist with the inventory reconciliationAnalyze stores inventory to ensure all tank inventories are represented correctly and outstanding deliveries are reconciled to BOLsAssist with system enhancements and testing of new functionalitiesAssist with new terminals and suppliers set up related responsibilitiesSupport supply team and management with ad hoc projects as neededPreferred Qualifications:2+ years of relevant work experiencePreferred Bachelors/4 Yr DegreePreferred Accounting/3-way match reconciliation process experiencePreferred fuel scheduling, fuel transportation or fuels accounting experienceOther skills that will make you successful in this role:Process improvement capabilities and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational, analytical, project management and leadership skillsStrong ability to prioritize responsibilities and work with cross functional groupsExcellent communication skills (oral and written)
