If you're that kind of leader – we invite you to apply and join us!Job SummaryThe Fulfillment Associate will utilize requisitions and order sheets to pick a wide variety of items, place and arrange items in containers and bins following specific instructions and arrange containers on pallets. The Associate will check containers for damage, and confirm correct items and quantities are received. They will perform duties in accordance with standard receiving and operating instructions to ensure inbound and outbound shipments are correct and defect-free.Responsibilities:Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organizedPutting incoming stock away, taking inventory and reporting shortagesKeeping records of incoming and outgoing shipmentsPicking orders as requested by managementSealing and tagging containers, confirming accuracy of orders and signing pick tickets to confirmEnsuring correct shipping information is attached and moved to completed orders to shipping areaPlacing containers on pallets, securing with each container with proper wrapping to ensure a quality delivery (stretch, shrink and strapping wrap)Complying with OSHA and other safety regulationsAssisting in maintaining the security of warehouseSelective Preference:The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and be willing to learn, High School diploma, GED or suitable equivalentBenefitsFull benefit package including Health, 401k, Dental, VisionOur House RulesSHOOT STRAIGHT Tell it like it is.
