Ensure all orders are shipped on time, with attention to deadlines, especially during peak seasons (e.g., Thanksgiving to Christmas).

Monitor and address any issues in the fulfillment process, ensuring orders are completed in a timely manner.

Inventory Tracking & Accuracy:

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting cycle counts and helping identify discrepancies.

Work closely with team lead to ensure stock levels are accurate and items are readily available for fulfilling orders.

Report any inventory issues, stockouts, or overstock situations to the Fulfillment Lead.

Assist in other departments when business needs dictate, ensuring continued smooth operations across the organization.

Adapt quickly to new tasks and collaborate with other departments as needed to meet shifting priorities.

Collaboration & Team Support:

Work closely with the Fulfillment Lead and other team members to prioritize and fulfill orders.

Communicate any delays or issues affecting fulfillment timelines and collaborate with team members to find solutions.

Support the team during busy periods, such as during high-demand seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), by maintaining a strong focus on efficiency and teamwork.

Process Improvement:

Participate in training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute ideas for process optimization.

Follow all safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, including attendance, timekeeping, and dress code.
