Job description
Amazon is seeking a Site Leader in Los Angeles, CA to drive budget, people development and operations objectives across the fulfillment center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coach staff and build leadership bench strength. This role focuses on safety, quality and customer experience, Lean initiatives, performance metrics and staffing lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and IT to secure resources and share best practices across the network.
