Job description
Amazon is seeking a Site Leader at the Kyle, TX Fulfillment Center to drive budgetary, people development and operations objectives. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching and mentoring to achieve performance targets and build leadership bench strength across the site.
You will be responsible for safety, quality, performance and customer experience while coordinating with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and IT to secure resources for initiatives.
