At our Clifton fulfillment center, our teams are responsible for keeping products moving accurately and efficiently from receiving through shipment. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for hands-on leaders who know how to bring structure to fast-moving operations, develop strong teams, and solve problems in real time.
About the RoleAs a Fulfillment Team Lead, Inbound & Outbound , you’ll help lead the day-to-day flow of our fulfillment operation across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands warehouse operations and knows how to keep people, priorities, and workflow moving together. You’ll coordinate associates throughout the shift, monitor operational performance, address bottlenecks, reinforce standard work, and partner with site leadership to deliver against daily goals.
You won’t just oversee the operation. You’ll be on the floor helping make it better.
What You’ll DoLead day-to-day floor execution across inbound and outbound fulfillment operations
Coordinate labor and assign work across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping based on operational priorities
Monitor workflow throughout the shift and quickly adjust resources to address bottlenecks and meet Critical Pull Times
Lead shift stand-ups and communicate priorities, performance, and operational changes to the team
Coach associates in real time and provide hands-on training on SOPs, quality standards, safety, and best practices
Monitor key operational metrics through the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including Units Per Hour (UPH)
Provide clear shift updates and performance reporting to site leadership
Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, and other operational escalations
Conduct routine 5S and safety audits and reinforce a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, workflow, and overall operational execution
Serve as a dependable point of leadership on the floor while setting the standard for ownership, accountability, and teamwork
What You BringMinimum Qualifications1+ year of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing operations
High school diploma or GED
Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Ability to work on your feet for 10 to 12-hour shifts
Ability to lift up to 49 pounds independently
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications1 to 3 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience with lead, trainer, or supervisory responsibilities
Experience supporting both inbound and outbound operations
Experience using operational metrics to manage workflow and team performance
Familiarity with 5S, Lean, or other Operational Excellence practices
Logistics, supply chain, or related certification or education
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead calmly in a fast-moving environment
