Mom’s Meals in Ankeny, IA is hiring a 1st Shift Fulfillment Associate to support our mission of delivering nutritious, ready-to-heat meals nationwide. In this fast-paced, refrigerated environment, you will accurately pick, pack, label, and stage meal orders while following food safety, cold-chain, and sanitation standards. You’ll operate basic warehouse equipment, use scanners or simple systems to track inventory, and help keep the work area clean and organized. This role is ideal for dependable team players who value quality, safety, and caring for vulnerable customers.
