Full-Charge Bookkeeper OpportunityA well-established company in the automation, electrical, and controls sector is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. This confidential employer has partnered with Express Employment Professionals of Mount Vernon to recruit for a detail-oriented professional who can independently manage the full accounting cycle and support a busy technical operation.What you get to do:Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including:Accounts payable and accounts receivableGeneral ledger entries and maintenanceBank and credit card reconciliationsMonth-end and year-end closingProcess payroll and maintain accurate payroll recordsPrepare internal financial statements and management reportsMaintain job costing and project accountingAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow trackingCoordinate with external CPA for tax filings and auditsMaintain organized and compliant financial recordsProvide general administrative support as neededWhat you need to be successful:High attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsSchedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PMPay: $25.00 - $35.00 (DOE)Double the Reward Referral Program Do you know someone seeking employment or exploring new career opportunities?
