Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team and support our growing business. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self- starter and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting
Key responsibilities include:
Enter financial data and transactions
Verify the accuracy of transactions entered
Reconcile Monthly bank statements
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Manage invoices and follow up on unpaid accounts
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts
Generate and review Monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet)
Prepare month-end and year-end close procedures
Manage and maintain general ledger entries
Maintain records using accounting software QuickBooks
Organize and file financial documents for audits or tax preparation
Other tasks as assigned
