Full Charge BookkeeperA North County manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee day-to-day accounting and help maintain clean, accurate financial records. This is a hands-on role with visibility across accounting, operations, purchasing, and inventory.The ideal candidate is someone who can walk into an established accounting environment, understand how transactions flow through the business, and confidently take ownership of the books.What You'll Own:Manage full-cycle bookkeeping activitiesMaintain the general ledger and supporting schedulesProcess AP and AR transactionsReconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accountsPrepare and post recurring and adjusting journal entriesAssist with month-end and year-end closeReview inventory-related accounting activityTrack manufacturing expenses and operational costsAssist with inventory reconciliationsReview purchasing and vendor transactionsMonitor customer balances and incoming paymentsPrepare monthly financial reportsAnalyze unusual account activity and investigate discrepanciesMaintain fixed asset and prepaid expense schedulesAssist with payroll accounting and expense reportingPrepare supporting documentation for external accountants and auditorsHelp improve accounting processes and internal controls
