AppleOne is partnering with an established Seattle-area property management organization seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join its accounting team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with strong full-cycle bookkeeping experience and hands-on Yardi Voyager expertise who enjoys taking ownership of their work, maintaining accurate financial records, and contributing to a collaborative, professional environment.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions for a property management portfolio.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions.
Perform bank and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Process journal entries and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate tenant and property accounting records using Yardi Voyager.
Prepare financial reports and provide accounting support to leadership.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.
Qualifications
3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience required.
Hands-on Yardi Voyager accounting experience required.
Property management or real estate accounting experience strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end processes.
Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Professional communication skills and a collaborative approach to work.
