Full-Cycle Bookkeeper OpportunityA growing professional services company in Oceanside is looking for a Full-Cycle Bookkeeper who can keep the books clean from daily transactions through month-end close. This isn't a narrow AP or AR position. You'll touch AP, AR, reconciliations, payroll support, journal entries, and financial reporting, making it a strong opportunity for someone who likes having ownership over the full accounting picture.Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger activityProcess AP invoices and vendor paymentsRecord customer invoices and incoming paymentsReconcile bank and credit card accountsPrepare and post journal entriesMaintain vendor and customer recordsResearch account discrepanciesAssist with payroll-related accounting entriesPrepare recurring accounting schedulesMonitor outstanding receivablesAssist with monthly closePrepare basic financial statements and management reportsMaintain organized financial documentationAssist with year-end and tax preparation requestsSupport audits and special accounting projectsIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes
