IAHD is seeking a full-time Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across clinical, direct support, and administrative roles in Westchester County, NY. You will partner with hiring managers, craft compelling job postings, and coordinate interviews, onboarding, and pre-employment requirements.
Responsibilities include building a strong candidate pipeline, tracking time-to-fill metrics, and contributing to a modernized recruitment strategy using Paycom ATS.
