Job description
Top Talent LLC is seeking experienced Cradle-to-Grave Freight Brokers in Spring, Texas. This role requires managing the entire freight process, from prospecting new shippers to ensuring successful delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in a self-motivated environment and be driven by commission.
Compensation includes a base salary of $65,000 to $85,000 with aggressive commission potential that allows top performers to earn $150,000 to $200,000 or more annually.
