Our Full Desk Recruiter is accountable for
Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)
Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices
Cold call 20–30 prospective customers daily, document all outreach activity and outcomes in HubSpot, and maintain accurate follow-up records
Developing business with both strategic, high-volume staffing accounts as well as high-margin, local businesses
Expanding and retaining existing customers, increasing our market share and profitability and achieving sales metrics
Building and developing proposals and pricing models
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences
Seeking 2+ years high-volume, full cycle recruiting in light industrial capacity
Experience working for a staffing agency or onsite with an industrial client preferred
Proven ability to thrive in a high-activity, outbound sales environment
Demonstrated history of business development, cold calling, and building client portfolios preferred
Strong organizational and documentation skills (HubSpot or similar CRM experience preferred)
Excellent relationship-building, prospecting, and negotiation skills
Proven aptitude to offer strategic consultative support to customers, collaborating on solutions to meet client needs
Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency
Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction
Base pay range for this position is $51,300 – $68,400 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
Total compensation package including benefits as applicable to the position – understanding that each person has unique professional and personal needs focused on your total well-being.
