Martinsburg, Grafton, Welch, Augusta, West Columbia, Parkersburg, Belington,
**This is a full or part-time position (8-40 hours per week) offering a flexible schedule. Ideal candidates will have Family Practice or Internal Medicine background and an active WV medical license, controlled substance and DEA licenses**
