Job description
Polaris Placement is helping a Brooklyn-area academic medical center-affiliated network fill a Family Medicine physician role focused on a full-panel practice. Expect 18–20 patients per 8-hour clinic across nine sessions weekly, with one admin session daily to handle refills and results.
Support includes 1:1 MA, LPN/RN coverage, Epic/Abridge workflow, and no weekend clinic. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9–5, plus one evening session (12–7:30).
