OpenAI is seeking a versatile full‑stack engineer to build onboarding, setup, and discovery experiences that connect Codex to developers’ workflows, repositories, and tools. You will craft product surfaces for discovering Codex capabilities and collaborate across teams to broaden adoption across organizations.
You will work on web, IDEs, CLI, and integrations, balancing UX with robust backend architecture, and partner with product, design, research, and customers to translate adoption challenges
