Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Tech Lead Onshore / Architect)
Duration; Contract/Full-Time
15+ years Full Stack Lead with strong PHP/Java backend, React frontend, microservices, APIs, enterprise integrations, and domain expertise in Finance, HR Tech, Procurement, Revenue Operations, or Supply Chain. Basic exposure to AI tools is sufficient.
Basic Purpose:
15+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead.
Strong backend development experience in PHP /Java, Golang, Python, or Node.js .
Heavy focus on backend development (around 80%) and enterprise-scale applications.
Experience building microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL services, and system integrations .
Strong knowledge of MySQL and enterprise application architecture.
Domain expertise in at least one of the following:
General Accounting / Asset Accounting
Finance Operations / FinTech
Oracle ERP Integrations
Payables, Purchasing, Procurement
Revenue, Credit & Collections
Supply Chain & Sourcing Operations
Experience with procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain automation is highly preferred.
Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
