Position Overview:

HRCI’s software engineers design and ship useful digital experiences that make it easier for customers to do things, and for our internal teams to do their work. Our engineering delivers value when it solves tangible problems. We want our software engineers to always start with the customer problem and work their way back to a solution. Our software engineers are curious, never give up, and are optimistic they can solve any problem. Our engineers apply state-of-the art tooling, mechanisms, and mindsets to ship code and value. We use coding agents to build, and this role must be ready and excited to work in an agent-in-the-loop software development lifecycle. We drive coding agents in our SDLC, coding agents do not drive us.
