Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead
Location: Denver, CO (100% Onsite – Local Candidates Only )
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Compensation: Competitive (Market Rate)
Engagement Type: W2 Only (No C2C / Corp-to-Corp )
We are looking for a Denver-based Senior Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead for an onsite, 12-month contract. This role blends high-level business discovery with hands-on architecture to lead the decommissioning and modernization of legacy Automation Anywhere bots into scalable, cloud-native services.
What You’ll Do
Discovery & Business Analysis: Lead discussions directly with business stakeholders, ask incisive discovery questions, map undocumented processes, and formulate technical solutions.
Modernization Design: Review Automation Anywhere bot workflows and architect resilient replacement systems utilizing APIs, microservices, and modern UIs.
Full Stack Development: Lead hands-on development alongside the engineering team using Node.Js, TypeScript, React, and AWS .
System Integration: Build and consume REST and SOAP APIs to interface with internal databases and third-party vendor platforms.
Must-Have Qualifications
8+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership or solution architecture expertise.
Core Stack: Advanced hands-on proficiency in Node.Js, TypeScript, and React , with an emphasis on backend architecture.
Discovery & Communication: Proven ability to independently conduct stakeholder discovery, ask the right technical and business questions, and turn ambiguous workflows into clear roadmaps.
Cloud & APIs: Solid experience building and deploying services on AWS , along with robust REST and SOAP API integration skills.
Work Arrangement: Must be local to the Denver, CO area and available to work onsite .
Nice-to-Have
SQL database experience (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server).
Familiarity with workflow orchestrators like Argo Workflows .
CI/CD automation with Git / GitHub Actions.
Familiarity with C# or legacy RPA tools.
Note: This position is open strictly to local candidates on a direct W2 basis. C2C / sub-contracting arrangements are not accepted.
