Job description
Role:
Charge Nurse overseeing nursing care on acute care units.
Responsibilities include:
leading daily unit operations, supervising and mentoring staff, ensuring safe and high-quality patient care, conducting patient assessments, administering medications, monitoring patient status, documenting care, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong clinical knowledge, leadership abilities, excellent communication, teamwork, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Key Duties:
