Job description
NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist at UM Charles Regional Medical Center in La Plata, MD, with a true quality of life schedule: 1 week on, 2 weeks off, 7a-7p blocks.
The role features a collaborative care-team model with a diverse case mix, including general surgery, ortho, GI and OB. NorthStar offers CME allowance, paid tail and malpractice insurance, 401k, and more. Total annual compensation: base $375k plus $25k quality bonus, plus a $100k sign-on bonus.
