R.S.M.C. Services on behalf of our client is seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join a growing, mission-driven dental organization focused on delivering high-quality care to children, families, and the surrounding community.

Position Overview Role: Full-Time Associate Dentist
Practice Model: Team-based, mission-oriented environment
Patient Population: Approximately 70% pediatric (ages 3 21) with up to 30% adults depending on location
Technology: Digital X-rays, panoramic imaging, fiber-optic handpieces, and modern practice management software
Clinical Support: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
Clinical Environment Average daily flow of operative and hygiene patients
Payor mix includes state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network patients
Ongoing mentorship, collaboration, and professional development encouraged
Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base pay in excess of $200,000 with uncapped earning potential

Candidate Qualifications DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
Active or eligible for licensure in the state of practice

Nitrous Oxide certification required in applicable states (LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
