Full-Time Caregiver – 24/7 Hospice ClientLocation: McKinney, TX 75070 Schedule: Full-Time | Day and Night Shifts Available Caregiver Experience Required Hindi-speaking caregivers are strongly encouraged to applyAlways Best Care Senior Services is hiring experienced, compassionate caregivers for a 24/7 hospice client in McKinney, TX. We are building a dedicated care team to provide continuous support and comfort in the client's home.This case is best suited for a caregiver who is comfortable providing hands-on personal care and assistance to a client with significant mobility limitations. Hospice or bed-bound client experience is highly preferred.Responsibilities may include:Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingIncontinence care and changing briefsRepositioning and assisting with mobilityTransfers and other hands-on personal care as neededMeal preparation and feeding assistanceMaintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environmentProviding companionship, reassurance, and attentive supervisionObserving and promptly reporting changes in the client's condition to the appropriate agency staffWorking cooperatively with the client's family, hospice team, and other caregiversQualifications:Previous professional caregiving experience requiredExperience caring for hospice, bed-bound, or high-assistance clients strongly preferredComfortable providing hands-on personal careDependable and able to maintain a consistent scheduleCompassionate, patient, and respectfulAble to follow an established plan of care and agency policiesReliable transportationHindi-speaking is a plusWe are looking for caregivers who understand the importance of reliability and continuity of care, especially when supporting a client receiving 24-hour care.Apply today for immediate consideration.
