Job description

Rockbridge Farmers Coop in Lexington, VA is seeking a friendly, dependable team member to provide excellent customer service at the register and on the sales floor. No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.

The role is full-time, Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with Saturdays as needed. Benefits include competitive pay, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, a 401(k) program, and employee discounts at all RFCOOP retail stores.
