Job description

To be considered for this role, you must be a licensed mental health professional with an active license in NY, NJ, or CT. Once employed, clinicians are required to obtain and maintain active licenses in all three states.

In this hybrid role, clinicians schedule and bill 25–30+ client sessions per week. If high-demand sessions are billed entirely on weeknights, clinicians must work at least 3 evenings per week, with at least 2 of those evenings in-person at one of our offices. We have offices in Manhattan (NYC), Scarsdale (NY), Parsippany (NJ), Stamford (CT), and Greenwich (CT).

These experts are not only at the forefront of the field’s primary accrediting body but are also bestselling authors, leaders in top professional organizations, international trainers, and well-established researchers.

We strive to offer our clinicians the best possible resources and work environment. We continue to grow our back-office support function to minimize administrative work and allow our clinicians to focus on their clients—so they can achieve the best possible therapeutic outcomes.

We also pride ourselves on having an incredible community of dynamic, talented, and engaging clinicians who are a joy to work with every day.
