Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)Full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) position serving a rural community in Spearfish, South Dakota. The role supports occupational therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans that improve patient mobility, independence, and daily living activities. The position offers growth opportunities in a welcoming small-town setting.Key Responsibilities:Deliver individualized treatment plans under OT supervision.Assist patients in improving mobility, independence, and daily living activities.Monitor patient progress and document therapeutic outcomes.Educate patients and families on exercises and home treatment programs.Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient care.Maintain compliance with regulatory, safety, and facility guidelines.Qualifications:Associate's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.Current South Dakota COTA license or eligibility to obtain.National Board Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (NBCOT) certification.BLS certification.Preferred Skills:Prior experience in a therapy or rehabilitation setting.
