Job description
Join a 43-bed Med/Surg unit as a Registered Nurse, providing direct patient care in a healing environment.
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within nursing standards.
Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration.
Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.
Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.
Qualifications include:
Current RN license and a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
