Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments through various methods, including in-depth patient interviews and analysis of medical records, to understand the emotional, social, and environmental factors affecting recovery.
Provide effective counseling services to patients and their families, aiding them through adjustment issues, mental health challenges, and emotional distress associated with recovery.
Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of rehabilitation professionals, including physical and occupational therapists, to formulate individualized treatment plans that address each patient's unique psychosocial needs.
Assist patients in navigating community resources, including support groups, vocational rehabilitation programs, and housing assistance, ensuring seamless access to essential services.
Implement and track progress of therapeutic interventions, ensuring that treatment goals are met and adjusted based on patient development and feedback.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our clientele consists of individuals who are experiencing challenges related to substance use, mental health issues, and recovery after hospitalization or trauma. Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

Preferred Experience
Experience working in rehabilitation or similar medical settings is highly preferred, where an understanding of the complexities of recovery is crucial.

Compensation and Benefits
The offered salary ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
