CNA/HHA - Make a Difference in Their HomeAltra Homecare Group is seeking skilled and compassionate CNAs/HHAs to join our growing team! We are a community-based agency dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care for our clients. We focus on building strong relationships and personalized care plans to ensure our patients' well-being.Be a Vital Part of Their Care TeamAs a CNA/HHA, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients' daily needs and promoting their independence. You'll provide a combination of non-medical care and companionship, ensuring their safety and comfort in their own homes.ResponsibilitiesAssist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and toiletingPrepare light meals and assist with feedingLight housekeeping and laundryAssist with ambulation and transfers (with proper training)Companionship and social engagementMonitor and report any changes in client's conditionDocument care provided and adhere to protocolsMaintain a clean and safe environmentQualificationsMust be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) in good standing with a current licenseMinimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA/HHAValid Driver's License and Auto InsuranceStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsCompassionate, patient, and reliable with a positive attitudeAbility to follow instructions and learn new skillsCPR/First Aid certification requiredBenefitsCompetitive wages ($14 - $16/hr) with weekly payOvertime and holiday pay opportunitiesFlexible scheduling optionsComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceDirect depositMeaningful work that makes a differenceJoin a Supportive TeamAltra Homecare offers a positive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
