Full-Time Custodian PositionWe are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as a Full-Time Custodian. In this essential role, you will play a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming campus, ensuring a top-tier environment for our students, staff, and community.
Job Summary:
This is an 8 hour/day position. Perform ground maintenance routine and project cleaning of assigned areas. Perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as assigned or as needed. Assist with set-up and take-down of school activities.
Qualifications:
Focus on details and commitment to doing a good job required. Experience cleaning in a commercial setting preferred. Ability to get along with district employees and be courteous and helpful with students and general public. Ability to stand and/or walk, twist, bend, stoop, squat, and/or climb stairs. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to work in a variety of conditions and environments (e.g. dusty, wet, cold, hot, high humidity, noisy, indoors, outdoors, at heights, and in small spaces.Hours and Days: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.
Compensation:
Hourly Wage: $20.80-$23.11Insurance: Single Health: 90% Covered by District Employee + 1 Health: 85% Covered by District Family Health: 77% Covered by District Dental: Partial Coverage by District Life insurance equal to annual wages: 100% Covered by District LTD insurance: 100% Covered by District Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)Vacation and Holidays: Vacation: 5 Days after 6 months. Holidays: 11 Paid Holiday/YearOther Benefits: Evening Shift Differential: $.50/hour License Stipends Service Pay: 1% Uniforms Provided Retirement/Pension: Positions covered by Minnesota Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) Annual TSA Match: $250
