Job description Clemens Warren Pinkerton Siems is a boutique family law firm located in downtown San Diego. We have a great workplace environment with a beautiful office where we all truly enjoy working with one another. We are looking for a paralegal with experience in Family Law that is ready to hit the ground running. The attorneys and partners in our office each handle a considerable amount of litigation and rely on their support staff. Assist with drafting pleadings
Drafting preliminary and final disclosures
Litigation support, including the creation of hearing binder and trial binders
Assist with discovery drafting, discovery responses, subpoenas
Tracking and billing time
High school diploma or equivalency (associates or bachelors a plus)
~3+ years of Family Law experience
~ Excellent skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
~ Experience with Clio Billing software a plus
~ Experience with family law software programs a plus (Xspouse)
~ Great communication skills and writing skills
~ Ability to maintain contemporaneous billing and meet billable hour goals
