Job description

One Vision in Clear Lake, IA is hiring full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a steady back-end schedule. You’ll work 12-hour shifts across three days per week, including every Saturday, totaling 36 hours and four days off.

No previous healthcare experience is required—paid training and tools are provided. As a DSP, you’ll help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence, participate in community activities, manage daily tasks, and document progress
