Job description
Role:
Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following nursing standards.
Responsibilities:
Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engages in professional development.
Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.
Qualifications:
Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
Licenses: Valid RN license.
Experience: No prior experience required; preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with 2+ years of experience.
