Field Services RepresentativeOur Medline ReNewal Division is hiring for a Field Services Representative (40 hours/week) in the Grand Rapids, MI area! Medline ReNewal gets used medical devices and reprocesses them resulting in less waste in landfills and savings to facilities that buy reprocessed devices at a fraction of the original cost.Under the supervision of the Regional Manager and working in the Grand Rapids, MI region (and surrounding areas), the Field Services Representative (40 hours per week) is responsible for the on-going support of the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program to pack and ship designated medical devices as well as execute any other tasks as agreed to with the facility. This individual will deliver prompt and excellent service to maintain and grow the program through job functions which include, but are not limited to, the following:Oversee preparation and shipment of materials, ensuring proper labeling and organization.Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.Provide on-site support, addressing workflow issues and assisting with process improvements.Educate and train staff on program benefits and best practices through group sessions and one-on-one discussions.Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms to share performance insights.Conduct scheduled facility visits, assist with onboarding, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.Here's some highlights of what we have to offer:Flexible Work ScheduleCareer Growth and Advancement OpportunitiesPer Diem for Daily MealsMileage ReimbursementCell Phone ReimbursementCompany Paid Scrubs (uniforms)Qualifications:BASIC QUALIFICATIONSEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent.Certification / LicensurePosition requires a current valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record (ex. minimal, minor or zero infractions on Motor Vehicle Report) and ability to travel in own vehicle to designated facility if within driving distance.Position requires credentialing/hospital certification to access assigned facilities.Relevant Work ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.The anticipated salary range for this position:$19.75 - $28.75 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
