Job description
United Health Services is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician for Sherburne Family Practice in the Southern Tier of New York. This full-time role emphasizes collaboration, continuity of care, and long-term patient relationships within a supportive UHS system.
You will provide comprehensive care across the lifespan, conduct wellness and chronic disease management, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes. NY licensure required or eligible.
