When field coverage is not needed, you'll work in the office to complete your guaranteed hours.What You'll Do:Cover caregiver call-outs and open shifts (days, evenings, weekends, or overnights)Take the first shift for new client startsSupport urgent staffing needs across the service areaWork in the office when there are no field shifts assignedCollaborate with the Customer Care Manager on weekly coverage planningRepresent BrightStar Care in the field and help maintain quality care standardsWhat We Offer:$22/hour with guaranteed 40 hours per week, full-time schedule (combination of field + office hours)Weekly pay + direct deposit90-day performance review with potential rate increase401(k) with employer match (after 12 months)Medical, dental, and vision insurance optionsPaid time off and sick leaveSupportive, nurse-led environmentRequirements:Strong HHA experience with hands-on personal care (transfers, bathing, mobility assistance) required — CNA preferredValid driver's license & insured car (insurance can be under another name)CPR/BLS Certified (American Heart Association or Red Cross only) — can be obtained during onboardingTB Test & Physical (within 1 year) — can be completed during onboardingStrong reliability, flexibility, and responsive to scheduling needsImportant: This role requires availability to work ANY assigned shift, including evenings, weekends, and overnights. Guaranteed hours are fulfilled through a combination of field shifts and assigned office time.
