nHHA / CNA Field Support – Full-Time $22/hour | Guaranteed 40 Hours Per Week | Weekly Pay
nLooking for a dependable HHA or CNA who wants full-time hours with flexibility in their schedule.
nThis role is primarily field-based, covering caregiver call-outs and supporting new client starts. When field coverage is not needed, you’ll work in the office to complete your guaranteed hours.
nWhat You’ll Do:
nCover caregiver call-outs and open shifts (days, evenings, weekends, or overnights)
nTake the first shift for new client starts
nSupport urgent staffing needs across the service area
nWork in the office when there are no field shifts assigned
nCollaborate with the Customer Care Manager on weekly coverage planning
nRepresent BrightStar Care in the field and help maintain quality care standards

nRequirements:
nStrong HHA experience with hands-on personal care (transfers, bathing, mobility assistance) required — CNA preferred
nValid driver’s license & insured car (insurance can be under another name)
nCPR/BLS Certified (American Heart Association or Red Cross only) — can be obtained during onboarding
nTB Test & Physical (within 1 year) — can be completed during onboarding
nStrong reliability, flexibility, and responsive to scheduling needs
nImportant: This role requires availability to work any assigned shift, including evenings, weekends, and overnights.
nGuaranteed hours are fulfilled through a combination of field shifts and assigned office time.
