Job Description
Jungle Red is looking for an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented individual to work as a full-time receptionist in our six-stylist hair salon. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities include answering the phone, checking email, returning messages, scheduling appointments through STX Salon Software, confirming appointments, restocking the retail area, opening and closing out the register, attending to clients and stylists, and light cleaning. Note: This position will begin as part-time for training and then become full-time after.

Proactive
Organized
Excellent customer service and phone skills
Customer service/receptionist/service industry work experience preferred, but not required
Microsoft Excel experience is a plus
