Job description
Henry Ford Health in Detroit is seeking a Physical Therapist for Home Health Care in the Northern Oakland County area. The role is full-time, delivering in-home physical therapy under physician prescription, with weekend on-call as described and on-site benefit eligibility.
You will collaborate with a therapy supervisor to tailor treatment plans, using heat therapy, aquatic and therapeutic exercises to restore function and reduce pain in patients’ homes.
