We're looking for a Home Health Aide / Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful connections with our residents in a warm, respectful environment.
Schedule
Full-Time (40 hours/week) - Includes Every Other Weekend & Rotating Holidays
1st Shift | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Compensation Base Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Weekend differential: $2.00/hour
What You'll Do Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
Support residents in maintaining their independence and quality of life
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
