Full Time Home Health Aide - BartlettInspired Homecare is seeking reliable and compassionate Home Health Aides to support a client in the Bartlett area. We are looking for CNAs who are committed to providing safe, respectful, and high-quality care in the home setting.Schedule3 twelve-hour shifts per weekRotating schedulesDay or night availability depending on client needsRequirementsCurrent CNA license in the State of IllinoisReliable transportation and ability to commute to the client's home in BartlettComfortable working with dementia patientsExperience using a Hoyer liftDependable, professional, and patient-focusedAbout the RoleThe Home Health Aide will assist with:Personal care and ADLsSafe transfers using a Hoyer liftDementia-appropriate communication and supportLight household tasks related to patient careMonitoring and reporting changes in conditionIf you are a dedicated CNA looking for a stable schedule and meaningful one-on-one care, we would love to hear from you.
