Job description
ABL Health Care LLC is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for its Home Health team in Lafayette. The OT will evaluate patients, develop and implement care plans, and monitor progress to maintain high standards of care, working with the Clinical Director and staff both in the field and remotely as needed.
The role requires a California OT license, at least 1 year in home health or hospice, and a valid CA driver's license with regular travel within a 15–25 mile radius.
